When clients experience grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts impacting their everyday life, it can become challenging to see past the problem. I work alongside the client to validate their experiences, recognize personal strengths, and reframe past thought processes that have led to false core beliefs about an individual’s value. Evidenced based systemic models are applied during the process as we seek to shape and uncover the truth about the client’s value, moving towards a healthy perspective of oneself and finding solutions to the problems the client is experiencing. Your story and experiences will be handled with the care and respect deserved.

I counsel from a Christian worldview while adhering to the ethical code of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. Additionally, I am a Military Spouse who understands the relational needs and challenges in military and first responder relationships as well as generational family issues. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, children, and families through the various stages of life. Whether you are experiencing personal or relational distress that is recent or life-long there is a path forward. It would be a privilege to join you on this journey.
