Fees and Payments

Fees and payment will be collected at the time of service.  I am currently not on any insurance panels but will provide a receipt for services rendered that can be submitted to insurance for possible reimbursement out of network.  My NPI number is 1699289264. Effective February 1, 2022 Peter's fee is $140 per 50-minute session any time over one hour will be billed in 30-minute increments. Contact Kim for her fee structure.

Cancellation: If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please call or text at 719-425-1660 or email peter@elevensixcounseling.com at least 24 hours in advance. You may also cancel through your online portal.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged the full fee.
